These Terms govern the use of sitoweb.ai and the services provided, in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution.

2. Service
SitoWeb.AI provides automated website analysis using proprietary technology and third-party APIs.

- Full report (€ 29.90 incl. VAT): analysis across 14 modules with detailed recommendations
3. Contract conclusion
The contract is concluded by accepting these Terms and completing the purchase. Confirmation is sent via email; the electronic invoice is transmitted to the Italian Interchange System (SDI).
4. Prices and payments
Prices in Euros, VAT included. Payments processed by integrated providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card data.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days (Arts. 52-58 Italian Consumer Code).
Digital content exception: under Art. 59(1)(o) Italian Consumer Code, by purchasing the report the customer expressly consents to immediate digital delivery and loses the right of withdrawal.
6. Performance
The report is generated automatically within a few minutes. Service may be temporarily degraded if external APIs are unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
The report is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. SEO ranking, traffic). The provider is not liable for indirect damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence as provided by law.
8. Intellectual property
Software, source code, design, and trademarks are the property of SENDPROJECT di T. Oscar. Reports may be used freely by the customer but may not be resold without written authorization.
9. Privacy
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. Consumer’s place of residence (Art. 33, para. 2(u) Italian Consumer Code); Udine, Italy for non-consumers.

12. Changes
The Terms may be modified at any time; the new version applies to orders placed after publication.
